At USA Geeks LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of project completion or service delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days
The service must not have been fully delivered and accepted by you
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

Custom software or mobile applications once deployed and accepted
Hardware purchases or third-party licenses
One-time consulting calls or digital products
Projects that have reached 50% or more completion
Services where significant work has already been performed

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at usaageeksllc@gmail.com with your order/invoice number and a brief explanation of your reason. We will review your request within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes

All refunds are issued minus any non-refundable fees (such as payment processing fees or third-party costs). We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate this policy.
